Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
To reserve your place on this tour a deposit of 500 Euros is required before January 15, 2010. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that goes into effect before purchasing any plane tickets and submitting your final payment. Deposits may be refunded, less a 100 Euro administrative fee and any wire transfer fees, if we receive a written request by postal mail no later than March 1, 2010, after this date, no deposits will be refunded. Please allow 30 days for refund requests to be processed. The price of this tour includes only the items, services and activities listed on this document. No refunds will be issued for portions of the tour in which you choose not to participate for any reason.
Final Payment
In order to guarantee your place on the tour, your final payment of 1,799 Euros must be received no later than March 1, 2010. If final payment is not received by this date, your reservation is automatically canceled and your deposit forfeited. Once your final payment is made, no refunds of any kind will be issued.
Double and Single Occupancy Accommodations
On this tour, all accommodations are double occupancy unless you have purchased a single supplement. Unless two people request each other as roommates, roommates of the same gender will be randomly assigned. If we are unable to provide you with a roommate (due to late registration or the number of people in the tour group), you are responsible for paying an additional fee for a single supplement.
If for any reason, at any time, you decide not to share a room with your assigned or requested roommate, and another single room is available, you will be responsible for paying all additional fees for the cost difference between one double occupancy room and two single rooms.
